Tour the Bradford Elementary School and discover how the school is teaching sustainability. Talk with Howie Michaelson, from Catamount Solar, about the PV and Solar Hot Water system that he installed. See the computer monitor systems that track how much energy both systems produce. Learn about the raised bed gardens that produce food for the cafeteria, their compost systems for both snack and lunch scraps and parts of the 5th grade Unit which has been developed to give the students a hands on lesson in sustainability from Jim McCracken, Kids Connect Coordinator.
